Spacious rooms, very well equipped and always clean, amazing service staff, especially Cherry and Seven in the breakfast room and Star in the lounge- all of them are very attentive, friendly and they speak English. Unbeatable turndown service in the evening.The lounge offers very good cakes, well chilled white wines in a relaxing atmosphere. The manager is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. A good choice of breakfast, also for western people,e.g. cheese, cold cuts, pastry, muesli and fresh fruits. A nice indoor pool, but unfortunately the outdoor pool is closed which should have been announced on the website. The St. Regis Hotel is a wonderful 5-star hotel.

very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel

The hotel is perfectly located right next to a department store, and I loved grabbing my grape tea from Hey Tea, which was just a few steps away. The staff were super nice, and the room was quite spacious—definitely worth the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The noodles were fantastic!

The butler service was on an exceptional level, the view was good, the breakfast had enough variety. The room was also very spacious and I will definitely stay there again if I come to Chengdu.
